Holiday Workout 1
I filmed this workout to give my clients something to do while they are away – it needs hardly any room and so can be done virtually anywhere. You can make little changes to increase or decrease the difficulty level.
Beginners leave out all the jumps, step forward on exercise 1, continue with split squats and wide squats instead of squat-jumps. Do press-ups on knees. Have a few minutes rest between each circuit.
Advanced, do all the split squats and squats with a jump. Do 2 press-ups for each rep. Just give yourself a 30 second rest between each circuit.
